Company Overview:

MedicGoGo Healthcare Technologies Ltd is a healthcare technology company. We do not directly provide medical or healthcare services. Instead, we contract with independent healthcare workers and partner with accredited healthcare institutions to deliver services through our platform. This model ensures that all healthcare professionals maintain their independent status and exercise their professional judgment. MedicGoGo Healthcare is not liable for actions, errors, or omissions of independent contractors or partner institutions.

  1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • “User” or “You”: Refers to any individual or entity accessing or utilizing our services.
  • “Services”: Includes but is not limited to housecall medical consultations, micro-health insurance plans, telemedicine services, corporate healthcare solutions, and any other services provided by MedicGoGo Healthcare.
  • “Partner”: Refers to affiliated pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, or healthcare professionals engaged with MedicGoGo Healthcare.
  1. Eligibility

To use our services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have obtained verifiable parental or legal guardian consent if under 18.
  • You have the requisite legal capacity and authority to enter into and fulfil your obligations under these Terms.
  • All information provided by you during registration or use of our services is accurate, truthful, and up to date.

MedicGoGo Healthcare Technologies Ltd reserves the right to refuse service or terminate access for any User who fails to meet these eligibility criteria.

  1. Scope of Services

MedicGoGo Healthcare Technologies Ltd offers:

  • Doctor Housecall Services: Delivery of medical consultations at a location specified by the User.
  • Micro-Health Insurance Plans: Affordable healthcare coverage tailored to individual and family needs through healthcare provider partners, which are accredited pharmacies, clinics, health posts and hospitals.
  • Corporate Healthcare Solutions: Custom healthcare services for businesses and their employees.

Important Notice: MedicGoGo Healthcare Technologies Ltd does not provide emergency medical services. Users experiencing medical emergencies must immediately contact the nearest hospital or emergency response provider.

  1. User Obligations

Users are obligated to:

  • Use our services strictly in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
  • Provide accurate and complete information when accessing our services or entering into agreements with MedicGoGo Healthcare Technologies Ltd.
  • Ensure timely payment for all services rendered.
  • Avoid engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities through our platform.

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in suspension, termination of access, or legal action.

  1. Rights and Obligations of Healthcare Workers

Healthcare workers engaged on our platform are entitled to:

  • A Safe Working Environment: MedicGoGo Healthcare Technologies Ltd will ensure that healthcare workers are protected considerably through thorough vetting of housecall patients and security measures provided for in our dashboards through which healthcare professionals can alert security systems when in fear of danger.
  • Timely Compensation: All healthcare workers are entitled to receive payments for services rendered in accordance with agreed terms.
  • Professional Support: Access to training and resources necessary for delivering high-quality care.

Healthcare workers are obligated to:

  • Provide care in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
  • Treat Users with respect, confidentiality, and compassion.
  • Report any safety concerns or incidents to MedicGoGo HQ promptly.

Abuse of Healthcare Workers: MedicGoGo Healthcare maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of abuse, harassment, or violence directed at healthcare workers. Users engaging in such behavior will face immediate suspension or termination of access to MedicGoGo Healthcare’s services, and legal action may be pursued as appropriate.

  1. Fees and Payments
  • Payment Methods: Users may pay for services via credit/debit cards, direct bank transfers, or MedicGoGo digital wallets.
  • Fee Disclosure: All fees, charges, and associated costs will be transparently communicated before the User completes any transaction.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed in accordance with MedicGoGo’s Refund Policy and are subject to review and approval. Users acknowledge that certain fees may be non-refundable as expressly stated at the point of purchase.
  1. Intellectual Property Rights
  • All proprietary content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on our platform are the exclusive property of MedicGoGo Healthcare Technologies Ltd or its licensors.
  • Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or otherwise using MedicGoGo’s intellectual property without prior written authorization.
  1. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how MedicGoGo Healthcare collects, uses, and protects your personal information in compliance with the NDPR and other relevant data protection laws.

  1. Limitation of Liability
  • MedicGoGo Healthcare Technologies Ltd provides its services on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • MedicGoGo Healthcare Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
  • Our aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User for the specific service in question.
  • As a healthcare technology company, MedicGoGo Healthcare Technologies Ltd is exempt from liability arising from the actions, errors, or omissions of independent healthcare contractors or partner institutions.
  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MedicGoGo Healthcare Technologies Ltd, its affiliates, employees, officers, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms.
  • Your misuse of our services.
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.
  1. Termination

MedicGoGo Healthcare Technologies Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to its services without notice if:

  • You violate these Terms or any applicable laws.
  • You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct.
  • Required to do so by law or regulatory authorities.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of Nigeria. The arbitration shall take place in Lagos, Nigeria, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

  1. Amendments to Terms

MedicGoGo Healthcare Technologies Ltd reserves the right to revise or update these Terms at its sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated via our website or mobile application. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
